Emma Youdale

Emma graduated from the University of New South Wales with a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Criminology), and then from the College of Law with a Master of Laws (Applied Law). Emma is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia, is trained as a Collaborative Professional, and is accredited as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. She has completed AVERT Family Violence and DOORS training with the Australian Institute of Social Relations.

Prior to joining O’Sullivan Legal, Emma gained experience as a paralegal in community legal centres and services, with a diverse mix of clients. She focused on helping vulnerable groups and marginalised individuals in crisis, and on alternative dispute resolution. This experience allows Emma to approach her work with compassion and practicality.
